And Andrea explained me very well! I did not mean that they answered it wrong! I meant that they didn't even know how to answer because they couldn't understand what was being asked!

He is actually the driving force behind my whole line of questioning! He is a very smart man; he is one of the leading experts for IKEA North America on Logistics at only 25! But he didn't understand the question and emailed me back saying "Most didn't even understand the question you asked. How the f*** do you expect them to come up with an answer!" After I stopped laughing, I thanked him for making my point!

And Laura, I think that your last question is great and part of what I was trying to get out of Tom last night!

My issue, I am very verbal (SHOCK) and my point does not always come out of my brain and into my fingers the way I want!
