Tom, Do you think that "The Patriot Act II" will ever be used to it's fullest?

Do you think that any politician will have the nerve to use that act to it's fullest powers?

The Patriot Act II, would make Joe Stalin proud!! It's passage by the legislative branch, is what happens when citizens don't get involved. The title for those laws is so misleading, it is a down right lie. Read the full Patriot Act II, hidden in the charter of the Dept. of Homeland Security and it's powers!! Those powers scare the living daylights out of me.
