In planning sessions you said that the team had to come up with three plans that were presented as options. Once the plan is chosen do the other 2 become plan B & C or does the chosen plan have to have it's own contingency options?

Is there a time when you had to go through several options during a mission before you completed it safely and securely?

You've recommended several books, but is there any movie out there that you would suggest that is especially accurate?

Since working in the teams seems to be based on so much trust and faith, do those forged relationships carry over outside of special forces? Both while in Teams and after you left?

Lastly, I know you previously said that jobs in teams are based on skill. So does an operator find himself in the same position for most ops? Or are all operators pretty evenly matched and moved frequently with changing memebers?
