Depends on your definition of disabled—by VA standards I am probably 70% disabled.(haven’t been able to get an appointment—but it has only been 6 months) I had to have a plate put and fusion at C3/4 due to fractures from the helo crash. I have several fractures and degenerative back disease L6-8 (I think)—that is 60% by the formula. Throw in other broken bones hearing BP and cholesterol—I am a regular soup sandwich. But in reality, I can still PT most folks into the dirt and take all the groceries in one trip, sooooo
