We are coming home from a visit to Jersy, hubby gets stopped, and bags searched, re-x-rayed and let the digging begin, searched and x-rayed again, more digging, I am with him, our two kids who were 11 and 8, and my MIL, they would not let us near him, we had to stand behind the National Guard soldier with his really big rifle (MOOG) while this is going on, kids are scared, MIL worried, me thinking, what did he get through the Detroit airport screening that or that they missed something in carryon? 20 minutes later, the guy pulls out the offending item, says we have to fill out forms to get this back, hubby says keep it we are gonna miss our flight, "well sir" he says you have to fill out this other form saying you are surrendering this item, hubby signs form, we leave for gate. What was the thing that they took, I asked, hubby says "my eyeglass screwdriver" I say can you really kill someone with one of those? Still can't believe that one.
