TOM, questions about 'GI Jane' and Master Chiefs

Hi Tom. First I want to thank you for being so patient, open and good-natured in your responses. Your knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Now, for my questions.

1. In 'GI Jane'(I know, it's just a movie), master chief Urgayle's group of trainees has to divert from exercises and assist with an extraction in Lybia. Could that ever happen or would a proper SEAL squad be pulled from wherever to assist in the operation?

2. Are all SEAL instructors enlisted men?

3. After a Command master chief's assignment at Navy Special Warfare is over, is he assigned to another SEAL team?

4. What is a master chief's role and what are his duties within a SEAL team on a daily basis? What are his responsibilities within a squad during an operation?
