if that would be better. I could send it down with 'Code of Honor' which I haven't had a chance to post yet.

I've only ever managed to drink a nip once and that was at my grandfathers grave side immediately after he was buried...wasn't feeling much then.

Coming off HRT...can't they give you an alternative???
