do you guys have to go through training for stuff like how to address someone... I read somewhere about the etiquette classes...is that true? You learn which fork/spoon etc. to use and when to use it? And etiquette from country to country...I could see the FUBAR if you walked up to the PM and said "howdy dude, what's shakin?"
