Not in my opinion---I was in the USMC reserves---a Marine's loyalty is to the Commandant (Before anyone starts screaming that is heavily qualified with caveats I just don't have volumes to put down)As a SEAL, I worked for the Commander of SOCOM, not the Chief of Naval Operations. I don't see Force RECON ever amking that leap.
